Campaign Period

The “All I Want for Christmas is Spirulina” Campaign is organised by Elken (“Organiser”) and will run for 21 days, from 12:00 AM 16th December 2020 – 6:00 PM 5th January 2021 (both dates inclusive). Entries received after the Campaign Period will automatically be disqualified. All Participants are subject to the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to all Malaysians, Singaporeans and Bruneians of aged 5 years and above.
  2. Proof of purchase to participate in this Campaign is not required in order to be in the running to win.

Say ”Thank You” with Elken Spirulina Powder!

Christmas is a season of joy, thanks and giving. Record a ”Thank You” video to a loved one and tell us why they should win a bottle of 60 wonderful and essential nutrients of Elken Spirulina Powder (Retail price worth WM/EM RM 289 / SG/BN $118), and Elken Santa will send them the gift of health.

How to Participate

In order to take part in this Campaign, all participants must:

  1. Record a 1-minute video of themselves:
    • Select the person you would like to thank and tell us why in one (1) minute.

  1. OPTIONAL: Upload your video using our pre-made video stickers to include in your video. Please refer to PART C on how to download.
  2. Each participant may submit more than one (1) entry (based on the person he or she is thanking) during the Campaign Period on either Facebook or Instagram but he/she is only eligible to win one (1) bottle of Elken Spirulina Powder if selected as a winner.
  3. REMINDER! Please exercise caution when participating in the campaign. Minors must be closely supervised by parents and/or guardians at all times.

 

How to Win?

  1. The winning entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
    • The person you are thanking and their relationship with you.
    • The person must be a permanent resident or citizen of Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei.
    • Videos that received the most number of LIKES!
    • The most creative, fun & touching
      • You can sing, rap, or dance.
      • You can dress up in Christmas attire or be in New Year mode.
      • You can include your video with a Christmas carol.
    • You can choose to use our pre-made video frames to beautify your video; and/or
    • You can mix & match any languages, either your mother tongue, home dialect, Sing-lish, Bahasa Pasar (Unique Malaysian tone) to thank your loved ones.
    • All winning entries must include the script mentioned in How to participate.
  1. 60 winners will be selected at the end of the Campaign Period and will be notified via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct (Direct Messaging).
  2. If a winner does not reply within seven (7) days from the notification date, his or her prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
  3. Prizes will be delivered to winners in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei only after the Campaign Period. Please provide us the person whom you wish to send the gift to, their full name, delivery address, and mobile number via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

By participating in this Campaign, participants and guardians of participants for minors under 18 (“Participants”) hereby agree:- i) and consent to the Organiser in the processing of your/minors’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; ii) the Organiser to publish/use your personal data or video footages and photos for campaign evaluation, marketing/advertising purpose in any manner deemed appropriate; iii) to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and the Organiser may modify the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notice; iv) that the Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or disappointment suffered by participants due to force majeure events that is beyond the party’s reasonable control; and v) that the Organiser’s decisions are final and binding.
